This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the comprehensive execution of CME programs, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, strategic goals, and quality standards.
• Convert program objectives into well-structured project plans, managing timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and workflows effectively.
• Act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders, including faculty, medical writers, accrediting organizations, and sponsors.
• Facilitate collaboration across internal teams (Sales, Marketing, eLearning, Operations) to ensure efficient and aligned program execution.
• Oversee essential project components, such as timeline tracking, budget management, client communication, accreditation submissions, and content development processes.
• Track project progress, proactively identify risks or delays, and implement solutions to maintain momentum and adhere to delivery timelines.
• Aid in financial oversight by monitoring project costs, ensuring budget alignment, and contributing to revenue recognition and gross margin targets.
• Deliver clear, concise, and proactive status updates to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency regarding progress, risks, and key decisions.
• Quickly identify and resolve project challenges in a collaborative manner, escalating issues when necessary while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
• Ensure all tasks are performed in line with established processes, compliance standards, and quality expectations.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements by identifying process gaps and suggesting enhancements to workflows and team efficiency.
• A minimum of 3 years of project management experience, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and timely project delivery within scope and budget.
• Proven expertise in collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams, effectively balancing and prioritizing competing objectives to achieve common goals.
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to build trust with various stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges and drive project success.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach, ensuring accuracy in all project and operational activities.
• Relevant experience in the continuing medical education sector, healthcare-related roles, pharmaceutical marketing, and/or pharmaceutical advertising industries is an advantage.
