This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure the smooth operation of the team's delivery processes — including tracking, documentation, coordination, and reporting.

• Deliver operational assistance that enhances visibility into project scope, timelines, staffing, documentation, quality, and execution tracking.

• Collaborate closely with Team Leads, Group Leads, Project Supervisors, and Subtask Project Managers.

• Facilitate effective coordination across scope, schedule, milestones, and actionable items.

• Maintain precise project tracking information and up-to-date reporting.

• Adhere to established workflows and documentation standards consistently.

• Document and highlight lessons learned along with updates to processes.

• Acquire foundational knowledge of technological systems designed and implemented by TEECOM.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field of experience.

• Over 2 years of experience in project coordination, document control, operational support, or in an AEC-related environment.

• Preferred experience in TEECOM project delivery.

• Basic understanding of project delivery principles, including scope, schedule, and documentation workflows.

• Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Asana, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Bluebeam, VantagePoint, MS Project, and Procore.

• Familiarity with GitHub documentation workflows is preferred.

• PMP, CAPM, or CDT certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.

• PRINCE2 Foundation certification is preferred.
