This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Engaging regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Crafting communication plans to keep all involved parties updated on project developments.
• Addressing concerns and providing timely updates regarding project progress.
• Defining the project scope, objectives, and deliverables clearly.
• Creating a comprehensive project plan that outlines tasks, timelines, milestones, dependencies, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
• Identifying stakeholders and establishing effective communication channels.
• Performing a feasibility study and risk assessment for the project.
• Developing and maintaining thorough project documentation.
• Overseeing all tasks within the development process and managing the project’s scope and timelines.
• Facilitating a project closure meeting to evaluate achievements and lessons learned.
• Leading kick-off and demo sessions regarding SOFTSWISS products.
• Managing four projects simultaneously.
• Guaranteeing that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Team Manager within a software development environment.
• Proficient in English and Russian at an advanced level (C1).
• Experience in managing a development team throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to delivery.
• Familiarity with key principles and methodologies of project and delivery management.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Professional certifications in Project Management/Agile methodologies.
• Preferred: Knowledge of the technologies utilized by software development teams.
• Programming skills and understanding of development environments.
• Experience in organizing and conducting workshops and training sessions is a plus.
