Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Under the guidance of a Senior Consultant or Project Leader, formulate project plans, timelines, and budgets;

• Create documentation and oversee key aspects of team deliverables, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.

• Utilize existing project templates or design new ones for client engagements to ensure transparency in tasks and deliverables.

• Monitor project progress, including the identification of action items, advancement in issue resolution, and documentation of decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop and document go-live checklists, along with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and schedules, using vendor templates.

• Ensure that all client data, project documents, and call transcripts or recordings are accurately logged and stored in the designated repositories.

• Document operational procedures or organizational structures to meet client or project requirements.

• Assist the project team in the development of presentations and other materials.

• Analyze operational and financial data as necessary to illustrate the impact of proposed solutions.

• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2–4 years of professional experience.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated experience in project management and business analysis.

• Familiarity with contact center operations, voice and digital channels, and technology solutions; experience with platforms such as Genesys, NICE CXone, Five9, or similar is advantageous.

• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

• Interest in AI-driven technologies is a plus.

• Proficiency with project management and workflow tools such as Lucidchart, Smartsheet, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, and others.
