This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from site selection and due diligence to design, permitting, construction, and final turnover.
• Direct the vendor and general contractor bidding processes, including preparation of RFPs, bid evaluation, and team formation recommendations.
• Manage and coordinate daily project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, fostering trust and maintaining robust relationships.
• Communicate effectively in English with stakeholders, both within the organization and externally.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules, tracking progress and making adjustments to keep projects aligned with objectives.
• Lead budgeting and cost management efforts, encompassing forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis.
• Review and negotiate contracts, proposals, and change orders, ensuring they align with project scope and client objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships for client-selected vendors (e.g., signage, IT/AV, furniture, millwork), ensuring smooth integration with general contractors and design teams.
• Proactively identify and address project risks, escalating critical issues along with recommended solutions.
• Handle project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and reports.
• Deliver comprehensive project status reports, synthesizing schedule, budget, scope, risk, technical, and financial information into clear updates for leadership and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align resources and priorities effectively.
• Ensure that all work is executed with the utmost professionalism and ethical standards, promoting transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in commercial real estate development, overseeing projects from site selection to turnover.
• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil/MEP Engineering; or equivalent experience managing construction projects.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal, C1+ level preferred).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical in managing intricate workflows.
• Practical experience with monday.com (including project tracking, dashboards, and automations).
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven expertise in scheduling, budgeting, and cost management, covering forecasting, tracking, and variance reporting.
• Experience in contract review, negotiation, vendor management, and general contractor bidding/RFP processes, with a solid grasp of risk allocation.
• Proven adeptness in project status reporting, with the capability to synthesize schedule, budget, scope, risk, technical, and financial data into clear, actionable updates for leadership and clients.
• Competence in risk management, with the ability to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Commitment to the highest professional and ethical standards, ensuring transparency, accountability, and trust in all client and vendor interactions.
• Ability to work independently while closely collaborating with leadership and US-based clients.
