Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of customer onboarding from initiation to completion, coordinating both internal and external deliverables to ensure deadlines are achieved and the customer is successfully launched as planned.

• Facilitate regular communication with customers and verify that all project deliverables and timelines are adhered to.

• Anticipate potential scheduling setbacks and project risks, developing strategies to mitigate them, including escalation when necessary.

• Assign internal project tasks and guarantee their timely execution.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementations, focusing on customer education, issue resolution, and adoption.

• Provide updates to key stakeholders and leadership regarding project status and any potential issues or delays.

• Ensure effective connections between subject matter experts and customers, as well as internal team members (e.g., Licensing, Systems, Revenue Cycle).

• Direct the customer’s launch planning process, both internally and externally, to ensure optimal performance post-launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing project management role; Sales experience is a plus.

• Background in Healthcare Account Management and/or experience with Tech start-ups is preferred.

• Proficient in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Proven ability to influence project team members without direct authority or supervisory responsibilities.

• Fully remote position with the capability to travel for customer onsite training: up to 30% during peak periods.

• Preference for candidates located in the Pacific or Central time zones.
