Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee critical SaaS implementations for both new and existing clients.

• Monitor, track, and update the status of projects, budgets, and resources.

• Organize schedules and manage project logistics effectively.

• Act as the primary point of contact and coordinator for customers.

• Facilitate meetings, communication, status updates, and budget discussions across all levels of customer organizations and Riskonnect.

• Execute projects that provide the desired business value for clients.

• Oversee project budgets and timelines diligently.

• Foster a collaborative atmosphere for team members.

• Lead initiatives within the Professional Services team.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 3 years in a project management capacity.

• Proven track record of translating work into business value for the organization or client.

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in managing priorities and thriving under pressure during times of change.

• Capable of adapting and performing efficiently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
