This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee projects from inception through to planning, execution, monitoring, and final delivery.
• Create and sustain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Establish project scope, objectives, requirements, roles, and responsibilities.
• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of project activities with defined goals and timelines.
• Lead project meetings, record decisions made, and ensure action items are tracked to completion.
• Track project progress, identifying risks, issues, dependencies, and potential delays.
• Formulate mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues when necessary.
• Deliver regular updates on project status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage stakeholder expectations while fostering clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate project performance against milestones, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and records of decisions.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Assist in change management and implementation initiatives.
• Handle multiple projects and priorities while ensuring attention to detail and quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing projects involving diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in creating project plans, status reports, executive summaries, and project documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with common project management and collaboration tools.
• Preferred: Experience in a cross-functional or matrixed organizational structure.
• Preferred: Experience managing multiple projects at the same time.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Preferred: Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
• PMP, CAPM, Scrum, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
