Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan, direct, and oversee projects that implement PTC technology solutions to enhance client value.

• Take ownership of program financials, encompassing costs, revenues, and profit margins.

• Manage the relationship between PTC Professional Services and the client.

• Oversee customer accounts and the operational and tactical facets of programs or multiple large-scale projects.

• Define, align, and document the client’s vision and transformation strategies.

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and promoting project growth through added value and development of roadmaps.

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Management on account strategies and plans.

• Mentor and support new team members by implementing a ramp-up plan.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least five years of proven project management experience leading projects or programs.

• Practical experience in Mobility, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Electronics, or High-Tech sectors.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and French or German.

• Willingness to travel 10–20% of the time.

• Capability to lead teams, manage business processes, and achieve business objectives.
