Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a variety of projects with differing sizes, scopes, and durations.

• Build and maintain robust client relationships while managing interactions and expectations throughout the project's lifecycle.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, status reports, and effectively handle issues, risks, and action items.

• Coordinate communication and scope while mitigating risks across projects.

• Oversee project budgeting and billing processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide optimal solutions for clients.

• Conduct regular client-facing meetings during critical phases of the project.

• Actively seek and leverage opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for the customer, delivery teams, and other relevant Presidio teams and vendor partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, including military experience.

• 3-5 years of hands-on Project Management experience overseeing technical network infrastructure implementation projects, along with customer-facing experience or equivalent IT organizational experience.

• Proven capability to plan, organize, and successfully drive projects to adhere to specified budgets and timelines.

• Ability to handle multiple projects at once.

• Experience managing project financials and coordinating internal resource scheduling.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Project is preferred.

• Knowledge of PMP (certification preferred).

• Knowledge of ITIL (certification preferred).
