Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a variety of projects with differing sizes, scopes, and durations.

• Build and maintain robust client relationships, managing interactions and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, status updates, and address issues, risks, and actions effectively.

• Handle communication, project scope, and mitigate risks across various projects.

• Oversee project budgeting and billing processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide optimal solutions for clients.

• Conduct regular client-facing meetings during critical phases of the project.

• Actively seek and leverage opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen client connections.

• Serve as the primary escalation contact for the customer, delivery teams, and associated Presidio teams and vendor partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional and/or military experience.

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager overseeing technical network infrastructure implementation projects, with a focus on customer interactions, or equivalent IT experience.

• Proven ability to plan, organize, and successfully drive projects to achieve defined budgets and deadlines.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Experience in managing project financials and coordinating internal resource schedules.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
