Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Accountable for overseeing and directing imaging projects in both early and late phases by leveraging project management tools to plan, monitor, prioritize, and communicate timelines and deliverables to both internal and external teams.

• Manage the study according to contract specifications and timelines, including proactive oversight of budget, pass-through costs, and change orders as needed.

• Capable of guiding the internal team, prioritizing team members' tasks based on timelines, and resolving issues that may affect the study's timeline or budget.

• Develop project plans and oversee various study projects across different phases of the study lifecycle.

• Actively manage timelines while considering their impact on resources and revenue forecasting.

• Organize and conduct regularly scheduled project team meetings with clients and internal teams, managing the agenda, meeting minutes, and action items.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS in a scientific or medical field, or equivalent industry experience.

• PMP certification is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Experience working within a compliance-regulated environment.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project management role.

• Proficient in English, with fluency required.
