• Oversee all project-related tasks and activities until the software goes live, following the transition from the sales team.
• Collaborate with trainers to establish go-live plans and set clear expectations.
• Assist customers after go-live to ensure a smooth transition to the Customer Success team.
• Keep customer records updated by maintaining account information in CRM software.
• Suggest potential products or services to management by gathering and analyzing customer information and needs.
• Contribute to team objectives by achieving related results as necessary.
• Manage project tasks via phone calls, emails, and MS TEAMS sessions.
• Validate hardware compatibility for the software.
• Import data into customer systems.
• Facilitate and support Technical Operations and Client Services teams during integration activities.
• Preferred experience or knowledge in Clinical / Healthcare IT.
• Background in training customers within a dynamic work setting.
• Demonstrated and systematic problem-solving skills.
• Capability to provide Tier I software support.
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• General technical understanding of PCs, peripherals, and software.
• Excellent presentation abilities.
• Strong customer service orientation.
