Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Lead 2-3 active projects from initiation to completion, ensuring value delivery to our clients.

• Define project specifications and deliverables, strategize and oversee their execution, including monitoring and adjustments.

• Translate business requirements for the technical team and vice versa, while estimating development efforts.

• Engage in customer calls to provide updates on project status.

• Organize and maintain Project boards, documenting timelines, user stories, and developer tasks, including detailed Acceptance Criteria.

• Coordinate with development teams, including QA and designers.

• Conduct system testing prior to releases.

• Assume complete responsibility and ownership for project delivery, tracking project progress, identifying potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively addressing them.

• Assist with onboarding new team members and mentor Junior Project Managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience managing software development projects (Web and Mobile; AI/ML experience is a plus).

• Background in IT with a technical understanding of web and mobile application development.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for effective interaction with clients and project teams.

• Proven experience managing projects in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Familiarity with business analysis and process documentation, including use cases, user stories, and visual thinking/drawing.

• Experience managing distributed teams.

• Background in manual testing.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic project environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
