This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +23 more states.

• Lead 25 to 50+ simultaneous, cross-functional projects from start to finish.

• Convert Statements of Work (SOWs) into actionable project plans, milestones, and dependencies.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding deliverables, timelines, and ensuring accountability.

• Conduct structured updates, regular meetings, and manage conflicts or escalations effectively.

• Oversee team capacity, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage the pace of projects.

• Identify project risks, manage scope changes, and adjust timelines as necessary.

• Monitor budget expenditures, track project hours, and keep accurate records in the PM system.

• Maintain scalable delivery templates while ensuring all deliverables adhere to QA standards and align with the agreed scope.

• Track metrics for active projects and perform post-project evaluations for ongoing improvement.

• Over 3 years of experience in managing customer-facing projects within Professional Services, web development, SaaS, or eCommerce settings.

• Proven experience in managing a high volume of concurrent projects in a Professional Services or SaaS context.

• Strong skills in scoping, scheduling, risk management, and client communication.

• Capability to develop project plans from SOWs and oversee execution in a high-volume service delivery environment.

• Proficient user of project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or comparable platforms.
