📋 Description

• The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the successful delivery of assigned projects, surpassing customer expectations while safeguarding profitability.

• This role entails overseeing the order process for educational fixtures and furniture for clients, which includes order entry, scheduling deliveries, coordinating installations, managing onsite projects, and addressing punch list items.

• The ideal candidate will lead through influence, coupled with meticulous planning, coordination, and communication with customers, vendors, installers, and the Studio team.

• The PM will manage all project tasks, critical timelines, client interactions, third-party interfaces via the Insights customer portal, client relations, quality performance, budget management, and overall project administration for each assigned project.

• Participation in project meetings as necessary to define the overall project scope in collaboration with the Studio Team and oversee the project from the purchase order stage through to completion.

• Collaborates with the Studio Team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Directs, coordinates, and manages tasks and assignments for the entire studio and project team.

• Works with the studio team to create work plans, schedules, and logistics that align with the overall project parameters, timelines, and client objectives.

• Evaluates project sites, plans, and product specifications.

• Serves as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers.

• Engages in proactive and effective communication with customers, providing comprehensive project updates.

• Maintains thorough documentation of key project decisions, including customer requests and revisions.

• Ensures timely, formal written communication throughout the project lifecycle to clients, third parties, and the Meteor project team.

• Oversees accurate and meticulous record-keeping, including receiving documentation, timesheets, contract compliance, sign-offs, approvals, and key decision records.

• Supervises the installation of site furniture and fixtures, managing work performance, installation administration, and timely task completion.

• Ensures that all proof of delivery documents and field paperwork are submitted punctually.

• Conducts project walk-throughs and is accountable for generating punch lists with the third-party installer and resolving punch list items.

• Validates project completion and manages all final close-out requirements, including contract obligations and client sign-offs, while coordinating with billing to ensure prompt invoice submissions.


⛳️ Requirements

• A college degree or equivalent work experience is mandatory.

• An MVR check is necessary, and candidates must have a valid driver's license and a dependable vehicle.

• Comprehensive knowledge of all project management facets, including account management, order management, installation, relocation, and project administration.

• Project Management accreditation is advantageous, particularly PMP certification.

• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively lead and manage third-party relationships.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks while adhering to timelines and deadlines.

• Capability to think critically, make swift decisions, and solve problems effectively.

• Strong attention to detail is essential.
