Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee enterprise initiatives from start to finish, including scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.

• Convert priorities into actionable plans with designated owners, milestones, and success metrics.

• Manage portfolio work by prioritizing tasks and balancing trade-offs and dependencies with leadership.

• Standardize tools, processes, and reporting for execution.

• Lead the requirements process; define deliverables, metrics, and acceptance criteria.

• Transform data into actionable insights; report on project health, risks, and outcomes; monitor KPIs and ROI.

• Propel operational enhancements utilizing Lean, Kaizen, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

• Align and engage stakeholders; manage scope, address conflicts, and facilitate communications.

• Direct change management and adoption processes, including escalation and change tracking.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in program or project management.

• At least 5 years of experience leading complex, enterprise-level projects.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or within the healthcare industry.

• Proven experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Strong comprehension of Agile methodologies and frameworks.

• Experience in leading teams that are geographically dispersed.
