This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

• Oversee enterprise initiatives from start to finish (including scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and outcomes).

• Convert priorities into actionable plans with responsible parties, milestones, and success metrics.

• Manage portfolio priorities; navigate trade-offs and dependencies alongside leadership.

• Implement standardized execution tools, processes, and reporting mechanisms.

• Lead requirement definitions; establish deliverables, metrics, and acceptance criteria.

• Transform data into actionable insights; monitor health, risks, and outcomes; track KPIs and ROI.

• Propel operational enhancements utilizing Lean, Kaizen, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

• Coordinate stakeholder alignment; handle scope, conflicts, and communication effectively.

• Direct change management and adoption efforts (including escalation and change tracking).

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, healthcare, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in program or project management.

• More than 5 years of experience leading complex, enterprise-level initiatives.

• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or within the healthcare industry.

• Proven experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
