This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Ensure adherence to contract stipulations and manage necessary changes.
• Establish and uphold safety protocols to guarantee compliance with industry and corporate standards.
• Oversee the project in terms of scheduling, budgeting, and document management from Contract to Completion.
• Monitor and report on project performance and metrics.
• Employ creative and analytical approaches in a problem-solving environment, showcasing teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
• Supervise and mentor project support roles, such as project superintendents and administrative staff, as dictated by project needs.
• Acquire sufficient resources to meet project goals within established timelines.
• Comprehend daily project activities and resources while leading project team meetings.
• Provide updates on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring effective communication with leadership.
• Exhibit the functional expertise needed to support how solutions align with client objectives while adhering to industry best practices and company risk parameters.
• Address project issues and risks to minimize their impact on the baseline.
• 5-8 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Exceptional leadership, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and decisive, with a capacity to adjust to change and competing demands.
• Technically proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project Management Software.
• Strong team-building capabilities with both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Experience working autonomously and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, with superior prioritization and time management abilities.
• Proven commitment to and understanding of safety concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
• Highly organized with outstanding customer service skills.
• Proficient in negotiations with customers and vendors/subcontractors.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience overseeing the work of others to ensure successful project completion.
• Utilize experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Willing and able to travel as required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
