Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of Lumin Digital’s online banking platform along with related products and services.

• Develop and manage project schedules that consist of multiple phases and varying complexities.

• Engage with clients to grasp their requests and translate these into actionable tasks.

• Collaborate with other project managers, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth implementation of their products and services.

• Inform stakeholders about issues, risks, and mitigation strategies.

• Organize and lead status meetings for critical stakeholders.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline, or a comparable mix of education and experience.

• A minimum of four (4) years of project management experience, ideally in financial technology or enterprise software deployment.

• Proven experience in leading large-scale implementations for financial institutions.

• Background in the Information Technology and/or Financial Technology sectors.

• Proficient in project planning and management tools, including Gantt charts and Kanban boards.

• Proven capability to create detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports.
