Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all logistical aspects related to the assigned federal grant application review programs from start to finish.

• Ensure adherence to contract deliverable obligations.

• Serve as the main contact for federal program personnel and as a secondary contact for grants management staff.

• Create project plans and timelines to facilitate the precise and timely completion of all responsibilities.

• Manage communications with stakeholders (Internal, Client, and Participant).

• Develop, manage, and deliver training and support for Grant Application Review participants through web-based platforms.

• Conduct outreach initiatives and oversee the recruitment of reviewers.

• Supervise and monitor the Grant Application Review process, utilizing federal systems and internal protocols.

• Implement Quality Assurance and Control protocols to secure federal data and Personally Identifiable Information.

• Ensure compliance with internal systems and procedures in the execution of assigned duties.

• Regularly consult with clients to ensure project activities meet specified requirements and scope.

• Assist in the analysis, design, and development of infrastructure and client-facing systems.

• Collaborate with other departments, contractors, and support teams as necessary.

• Manage close-out activities for Grant Application Reviews, including participant honoraria and surveys.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5-7 years of applicable work experience, OR

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with 4-5 years of applicable work experience.

• 7-10 years of applicable work experience without a degree.

• 3+ years of project management experience (not related to IT project implementation).

• 4+ years of experience in assisting and/or managing discretionary grant reviews, preferably for the Federal government.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

• Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience and/or certifications in:

• Grant Application Review and/or Grant Program Management experience with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) or Administration for Children and Families (ACF).

• Knowledge and/or experience with the following Federal Government platforms:

• GrantSolutions - Application Review Module (ARM) System.

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
