Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Maintain and enhance Asana project structures, workflows, and templates.

• Develop and implement Asana rules and automations for task routing and accountability.

• Ensure adherence to standardized Asana best practices and company protocols for projects.

• Create and refresh reusable project templates.

• Keep project boards organized, maintain naming conventions, and ensure task hygiene.

• Monitor daily task progress to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

• Conduct audits of projects for overdue tasks, missing assignments, incomplete details, and stalled deliverables.

• Follow up with task owners and escalate any blockers, overdue deliverables, and workflow issues.

• Coordinate deliverables across different departments and streamline task transitions.

• Track dependencies and resolve bottlenecks among marketing, creative, advertising, brand management, and leadership teams.

• Maintain Asana dashboards and reporting views for leadership visibility.

• Provide regular project status updates and identify opportunities for process enhancement.

• Assist with the creation of Standard Operating Procedures and internal workflow documentation.

• Update SOPs and workflows as systems develop.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, operations, or workflow management positions.

• Strong background in using Asana within a professional context (2+ years preferred).

• Experience in creating templates, dashboards, workflows, and implementing rules/automations in Asana.

• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools and automation (including "vibe coding") to develop workflows, scripts, or lightweight tools that enhance efficiency.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong follow-up and accountability skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining organized systems.

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and the e-commerce landscape (desired, but not required).

• Understanding of marketing operations, creative processes, and agency workflows (desired, but not required).

• Experience in a fast-paced remote environment (desired, but not required).

• Experience supporting cross-functional teams (desired, but not required).
