Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Spearhead and expand agile project management methodologies to ensure the successful and timely execution of strategic initiatives.

• Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enhance processes, communication, and project results.

• Create and execute project strategies, frameworks, and best practices aimed at boosting efficiency, transparency, and innovation.

• Clearly define and manage project scope, proactively identifying and mitigating scope creep.

• Establish project roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Maintain consistent and transparent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Achieve deadlines, operational objectives, and business requirements through effective planning and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in managing quantitative research projects (preferred).

• Exceptional proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Familiarity with quantitative research methodologies and tools is a plus.

• Capability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in agile project settings, with a capacity to swiftly adapt to changing priorities.

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a readiness to take on diverse tasks in a dynamic environment.

• A bachelor’s degree is required, with additional preference for fields such as public health, social sciences, marketing, or business.

• Preferred experience in collaborating with vendors and external partners.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity, posing insightful questions early, and adapting quickly as priorities shift.
