This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

• Managing all facets of daily operations for environmental remediation construction initiatives.

• Offering leadership and direct oversight of field teams and heavy machinery operations.

• Ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within the allocated budget.

• Aligning strategic goals with on-site operational activities.

• Working in partnership with the Safety team to maintain health and safety programs.

• Guiding project execution in accordance with contractual scopes and requirements.

• Gathering data for project status reports.

• Evaluating physical progress and financial performance data for forecasting purposes.

• Building strong relationships with clients to explore business opportunities.

• Preparing, submitting, and monitoring invoices in compliance with contractual agreements.

• Creating detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracted services.

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in managing earthwork construction projects.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.

• Proven track record of increasing financial responsibility and leadership in supervision.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and Teams.

• Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 scheduling software and cost estimating tools is preferred.

• Capability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Must be willing to travel to project sites on a daily basis.
