This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee the daily execution of eCOA projects.
• Supervise internal personnel to assist customer projects and manage internal service initiatives.
• Define and track project scope, budget, timelines, resources, quality, and deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Ensure the project team complies with high-quality service standards, as well as all relevant corporate and client policies.
• Regularly assess project contract terms and conditions, along with the project plan, to confirm that all assumptions remain valid.
• Collaborate closely with internal or external project stakeholders to meet study objectives.
• Build robust customer relationships and explore opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen connections.
• Communicate efficiently with clients to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Keep clients well-informed about the status of internal service initiatives and act as a liaison between internal staff and the customer.
• Provide technical guidance for the development, design, and systems integration related to customer engagements.
• Responsible for overseeing the development, review, and approval of project-related study documentation throughout the project's full lifecycle.
• Deliver regular updates and reports to the Sponsor and IQVIA senior management.
• Conduct consistent status meetings to review project schedules, risks, issues, and outstanding action items.
• Implement and monitor a risk management plan at the project level, escalating to the program level as necessary.
• Apply corrective measures as required to uphold project performance.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing and streamlining project processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and associated tasks.
• Oversee the Lessons Learned process throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate customer requirements to the product management teams, advocate for the customer, and update clients on the status of enhancement requests.
• Manage project team members across various locations and time zones.
• International travel may be required as needed.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Comprehensive understanding of Project Management principles; PMP / PRINCE II certification is advantageous.
• Extensive project management experience, preferably within the clinical research sector.
• Familiarity with the clinical research environment and GCP principles.
• Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational abilities.
• Open, transparent, and excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proven capability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving situations.
• Exceptional planning, organizing, and monitoring skills.
• Self-driven, decisive, and adaptable to change and competing demands.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
• Confident and comfortable speaking publicly in front of a diverse audience.
• Ability to tailor presentation materials for different audiences.
• Strong technical background, with knowledge or hands-on experience in software development and clinical technologies (EDC, eCOA, IWRS, etc.).
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
