Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete project delivery process, including scope, planning, risk management, issue resolution, communication, and integration management.

• Manage Agile delivery frameworks and enhance processes across various teams and stakeholders.

• Take ownership of project execution in accordance with the contract/service order, ensuring that client expectations and business objectives are met.

• Convert intricate healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.

• Create and sustain project documentation such as charters, Gantt charts, sprint plans, best practices, and lessons learned.

• Monitor and report on project progress using tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, and others.

• Actively manage risks and issues, facilitating resolution through collaboration with stakeholders.

• Prepare and deliver governance reports, OKRs, KPIs, and executive dashboards.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, infrastructure, and client teams to ensure smooth delivery.

• Supervise the transition to production support and oversee post-go-live activities, including ticket resolution.

• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demos.

• Act as a subject matter expert in project management and Agile delivery within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of project management experience in the healthcare technology sector.

• More than 3 years of experience in business analysis.

• Demonstrated experience with RCM workflows, payer-provider integrations, and value-based care models.

• Practical experience with large system implementations, particularly EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, etc.).

• Exceptional stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.

• Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Proficient in project management and Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Rally.

• Familiarity with healthcare data formats, including CCDA, HL7, and FHIR.

• Knowledge of APIs, SQL, BI tools, and automation concepts.

• PMP or an equivalent certification is preferred.

• Experience with government healthcare programs is advantageous.

• Fluency in Arabic (both spoken and written) for daily communication with stakeholders and clients.

• Must be based in KSA: Candidates should be from and currently reside in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools (preferably Claude): Proven ability to use AI assistants and LLM-based tools in daily program management tasks, particularly Claude, to enhance automation, reporting, and decision-making.

• Strong hands-on experience with Jira, including building boards, workflows, JQL queries, dashboards, and reports for live program execution.

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies and core project management principles, including scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, change control, and governance.

• Proven capability to manage senior client and internal stakeholders while navigating competing priorities and driving alignment across business and technical teams.
