Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete project delivery process, including managing timelines, scope, resources, risks, and quality.

• Ensure open and transparent communication between Remsoft teams and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Create, document, and maintain project plans, policies, and procedures that facilitate consistent execution.

• Coordinate and manage the daily activities of the project, ensuring compliance with approved plans and schedules.

• Analyze and assess change requests related to scope, schedule, or budget, evaluating impacts before presenting them to the client.

• Prepare and deliver regular project status updates, highlighting progress, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.

• Conduct status meetings and project review sessions to address challenges, evaluate progress, and aid in decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional Remsoft teams and client partners to achieve high-quality products and results.

• Lead initiatives in project risk management and quality assurance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.

• Perform post-implementation reviews to determine lessons learned and opportunities for enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 3–5 years of experience managing client-facing projects, ideally in software or technology settings.

• Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira or Wrike.

• Familiarity with collaboration and documentation platforms like Microsoft 365.

• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
