This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• The Evidence Project Manager (EPM) will collaborate across functions, assisting the Associate Director in the operational management and oversight of company-sponsored evidence studies, ensuring they meet time, cost, and quality expectations.
• You will oversee assigned elements of clinical study execution, adhering to the clinical outsourcing model, current clinical trial regulations, SOPs, policies, and best practices, while embodying the client’s values and behaviors.
• Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing Medical Evidence by:
• Cultivating expertise in a specific study delivery area.
• Serving as a resource for best practices.
• Aiding in the development and upkeep of guidance documents and training resources.
• A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in medical or biological sciences) or equivalent experience.
• Over 4 years in a senior clinical trial management position.
• Strong understanding of clinical study and drug development processes, including GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence others.
• Team-oriented and flexible, able to quickly adapt to changing demands.
• Proactive in identifying risks and suggesting mitigations.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proven ability to establish and manage workload priorities, resources, performance targets, and project initiatives.
• Capacity to identify and advocate for more efficient and effective methods/processes while adhering to necessary policies and regulations.
• Experience working effectively with CROs and external partners.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate across regions, functions, and cultures.
• Proficient in handling competing priorities.
