This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the complete implementation of Humata Health’s products, spanning from initial planning to go-live and ongoing support post-launch.
• Take ownership of the team strategy to achieve project goals, proactively identifying and executing necessary steps to successfully reach milestones.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans to monitor customer projects, deliverables, and essential milestones.
• Identify and drive the actions needed to successfully meet project objectives, promptly resolving any issues that may impact the project.
• Utilize effective strategies to identify and manage project dependencies, proactively addressing potential delays and ensuring alignment with both internal teams and customers.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal project teams during the planning and implementation stages.
• Manage deliverables throughout the phases of planning, building, testing, and going live to guarantee successful deployments.
• Keep precise and up-to-date documentation regarding project issues, risks, and tasks in Smartsheet or other project management tools.
• Implement a thorough communication plan for each project, ensuring all relevant stakeholders receive timely updates.
• Distribute meeting summaries and next steps within one business day following implementation meetings.
• Lead testing and training efforts to prepare customers for the go-live phase, ensuring seamless transitions into operational use.
• Acquire necessary payer, portal, and EHR credentials for automation implementation.
• Facilitate Go-Live Check-In Calls in collaboration with Customer Success Managers.
• Work alongside CSM and Support teams to ensure accuracy in reporting and effective post-launch monitoring.
• Ensure customer workflows are aligned with product functionalities and escalate any change management requirements to the Customer Success Manager when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), to ensure solutions meet customer needs and objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors.
• Familiarity with healthcare software and knowledge of HIPAA compliance and handling of PHI.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and operational teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for various audiences.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Proficiency in PowerBI for reporting, as well as experience with Google Workspace and Slack.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, prior authorization processes, or revenue cycle workflow optimization is highly desirable.
