Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Leading and coordinating projects at the Executive level

• Taking ownership of and managing multiple projects

• Collaborating within a team of experienced project managers

• Ability to thrive in a complex, high-performance environment

• Promoting a culture of innovation, standardization, and best practices within the team

• Acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for Global Teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, international relations, engineering, or a related discipline

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in project or program management roles, ideally within the Technology sector

• Proficient in 365 Office and Project/Process Tools, with skills in AI tools being an advantage

• Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders

• Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Demonstrated skills in task prioritization, time management, and the ability to work independently

• High proficiency in English, with fluency in another language being beneficial; Japanese is a plus

• Experience in governance and coordination skills
