Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive project workflows across various productions.

• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to guarantee timely completion.

• Supervise quality assurance (QA) initiatives to uphold exceptional standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and stakeholders.

• Recognize risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects progress smoothly.

• Ensure transparent and consistent communication among all project participants.

• Experience in project management within a commercial advertising or production setting.

• Strong organizational capabilities coupled with outstanding attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects at once in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Able to work effectively under pressure and adjust to evolving priorities.

• Hands-on, execution-driven approach (this is not a managerial position).

• Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Notion, Frame.io, Figma, and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
