Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee small to medium-sized projects and assist the CEO with larger or more intricate projects, from initial design to construction administration.

• Manage daily communication with clients, consultants, contractors, the CEO, and the internal team.

• Provide status updates, meeting summaries, required decisions, and next steps.

• Examine drawings, specifications, and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and feasibility.

• Lead full trade coordination among structural, MEP, civil, and other consultants.

• Monitor schedules, budgets, consultant deliverables, and client decision timelines.

• Oversee construction administration tasks including RFIs, submittals, ASIs/addenda, field observations, and tracking of open issues.

• Guide Project Architects, Designers, and other team members through mentorship.

• Ensure the team meets deadlines and maintains quality standards.

• Travel to project sites up to 30%, depending on project and firm requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed architect with a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture.

• Over 10 years of professional experience in architecture.

• More than 5 years in a project management role.

• At least 3 years of experience in construction administration, with full lifecycle responsibility for assigned projects.

• Strong skills in technical detailing.

• Extensive experience coordinating construction documents across structural, MEP, civil, and other trades.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.

• Solid technical understanding of construction methods, detailing, and code compliance.

• Effective and confident communication skills with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

• A portfolio showcasing project leadership and technical detailing capabilities.

• Reside in the Denver metro area, within 50 miles of Denver International Airport.
