Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the comprehensive delivery of projects, encompassing planning, execution, and governance;

• Develop and track schedules, project plans, status reports, and risk management plans;

• Supervise Salesforce workstreams, including integrations, data management, migration, testing, and deployment;

• Track interdependencies with internal teams, Salesforce, and external vendors;

• Facilitate governance meetings, ensure executive follow-ups, and manage change control;

• Help maintain compliance with scope, timelines, quality standards, and acceptance criteria;

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, leading end-to-end CRM and Salesforce projects.

• Emphasis on planning, governance, executive communication, and managing dependencies in intricate settings.

• Background in project management, ideally within complex corporate landscapes.

• Direct experience with Salesforce or enterprise-level CRM initiatives.

• Knowledge of Service Cloud, integrations, and data migration processes.

• Understanding of agile methodologies and hybrid governance frameworks.

• Familiarity with Process Management and Process Analysis concepts.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with stakeholders.
