Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Participate in creating the roadmap. Assess team workloads to identify who is overwhelmed and who has the capacity to take on additional tasks, determining which teams can handle new assignments and which should defer until the following month.

• Oversee development coordination. Stay informed about ongoing projects, team assignments, identify bottlenecks, and recognize any missing elements.

• Track adherence to the plan, evaluate team performance, and ensure commitments are met. Identify recurring process challenges and implement improvements.

• Engage with Russian-speaking teams and American colleagues. Address inquiries regarding project timelines and obstacles to progress. Assist in eliminating these obstacles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• A technical foundation — you possess an understanding of how web services operate and are familiar with terms like JS, TS, UML, JSON, and similar acronyms. A background in development is essential.

• Proficient in generating reports and capable of writing basic scripts for data analysis. Google Sheets and SQL are essential tools for you.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Ability to produce lengthy yet clear documentation and effectively coordinate team efforts.

• Proficient in English at a C1 level: you can communicate fluently without difficulty in finding words and are able to confidently discuss a range of technical topics.
