Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Participate in the creation of the roadmap. Assess who is overloaded and who has available capacity, identify which team can take on tasks, and determine which tasks should be deferred until the following month.

• Oversee development coordination. Stay informed about ongoing projects, the individuals working on them, identify bottlenecks, and recognize any missing elements.

• Track alignment with the plan, monitor team performance and commitments. Identify recurring process challenges and implement improvements.

• Facilitate communication between Russian-speaking teams and American colleagues. Respond to inquiries regarding project timelines and any obstacles hindering progress. Assist in eliminating those obstacles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• A technical background — familiarity with how web services operate, understanding of JS, TS, UML, JSON, and other related acronyms. Previous experience as a developer is essential.

• Ability to generate reports and write simple scripts for data analysis. Proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL is advantageous.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Capable of producing long yet clear documents and coordinating team efforts.

• Proficient in English at a C1 level: you can communicate fluently without struggling for words and can confidently discuss any technical subjects.
