Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Participate in developing the roadmap by assessing team workloads, identifying those who are overloaded and those with available capacity, determining which teams can take on additional tasks, and deciding which tasks should be deferred to the following month.

• Oversee the development process by being aware of ongoing projects, understanding team assignments, identifying bottlenecks, and recognizing any missing resources.

• Track adherence to the plan, evaluate team performance, and monitor commitments. Identify recurring process challenges and implement improvements.

• Engage in communication with Russian-speaking teams and American colleagues, providing answers regarding project timelines and obstacles to progress, and assisting in the removal of these obstacles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

• A technical background is necessary—you should have a solid understanding of how web services function, as well as familiarity with JS, TS, UML, JSON, and similar terminologies, having previously worked as a developer.

• Proficient in generating reports and capable of writing simple scripts for data analysis; familiarity with Google Sheets and SQL is essential.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Capable of drafting lengthy yet clear documents and effectively coordinating team efforts.

• Proficient in English at a C1 level: you can articulate your thoughts without difficulty and engage confidently in discussions on any technical topics.
