Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Participate in the development of the roadmap by assessing team workloads to identify who is overloaded and who has additional capacity, determining which teams can take on new tasks and which should defer them to the following month.

• Oversee the development process by staying informed about current projects, identifying who is assigned to each task, pinpointing bottlenecks, and recognizing any missing elements.

• Track adherence to the plan, evaluate team performance, and monitor commitments. Identify recurring issues within processes and implement improvements.

• Liaise with Russian-speaking teams and American colleagues, addressing inquiries regarding project timelines and obstacles to progress, while assisting in the removal of those obstacles.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience.

• A technical background is essential—you should understand how web services function and be familiar with terms such as JS, TS, UML, JSON, and similar acronyms. Previous experience as a developer is expected.

• You are skilled in report creation and capable of writing simple scripts for data analysis, with proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• You can produce lengthy yet clear documents and effectively coordinate team efforts.

• Your English proficiency is at a C1 level, allowing you to communicate fluently and confidently engage in discussions on technical subjects.
