Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects with budgets reaching up to $40M.

• Collaborate effectively with various departments and subcontractors.

• Communicate effectively with clients.

• Schedule and oversee engineering activities related to projects.

• Develop solutions for installation and other mechanical challenges.

• Foster communication and collaboration among team members and other departments.

• Analyze project progress and identify scheduling issues promptly.

• Recruit and assess talent to enhance departmental capabilities.

• Manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Make tactical decisions and ensure their implementation.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).

• Spend 50% of time on project sites.

• Perform additional responsibilities as delegated by the Program Executive.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business or Construction Management, or a related field is highly preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the material handling industry or site project management.

• Proven experience in managing a department or focused work team.

• Expertise in detailed scheduling.

• Experience in working with clients for planning and addressing issues.

• Familiarity with coordinating departmental activities alongside other departments.

• Experience managing budgets up to $40M.
