• Take responsibility for the entire project lifecycle of assigned software implementation initiatives, from initiation to go-live and hypercare.
• Create and uphold comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and status updates.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing their expectations, addressing escalations, and ensuring alignment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams, including Solutions Engineering, Product, and Support.
• Proactively identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead client workshops, requirements sessions, and steering committee meetings.
• Monitor and report on project health metrics, escalating concerns to leadership when projects are at risk.
• Oversee project scope and change control processes to safeguard delivery timelines and budgets.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of PS delivery methodologies and playbooks.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• 3–6 years of project management experience, preferably in software implementation or professional services.
• Proven experience in managing client-facing enterprise software deployments.
• Experience in banking, insurance, credit unions, or financial services is highly desirable.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Jira.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with accounting, ERP, or financial software is highly advantageous.
