Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle for designated software implementation projects, from initiation to go-live and post-launch support.

• Create and uphold comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocation schedules, and status updates.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing their expectations, addressing escalations, and ensuring alignment.

• Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams, including Solutions Engineering, Product, and Support.

• Proactively identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Facilitate workshops with clients, sessions for gathering requirements, and steering committee meetings.

• Monitor and report on project health metrics; escalate to leadership when projects are at risk.

• Oversee project scope and change control processes to safeguard delivery timelines and budget adherence.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of PS delivery methodology and playbooks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required; PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is preferred.

• 3–6 years of experience in project management, preferably in software implementation or professional services.

• Proven experience managing client-facing enterprise software deployments.

• A background in banking, insurance, credit unions, or financial services is highly preferred.

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of engaging both technical and executive audiences.

• Experience with accounting, ERP, or financial software is a significant advantage.

• Comfortable in a remote-first, distributed team setting.
