Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage multiple complex projects of medium to large scale independently.

• Organize project deliverables, develop plans, and generate status reports.

• Determine necessary resources and coordinate schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.

• Develop comprehensive project plans that include objectives, strategies, staffing, timelines, risks, contingency measures, budgets, and resource distribution.

• Lead status updates and milestone meetings with various cross-functional teams.

• Implement risk monitoring and control measures throughout the life of the projects.

• Collaborate with end users, business technology teams, and stakeholders to align on business objectives and information requirements.

• Oversee project budgets, cost projections, and financial forecasts.

• Generate project status reports to keep teams, management, and clients updated.

• Coordinate and provide reports on projects related to mortgage servicing transfers and technology initiatives.

• Be available to perform duties outside of standard work hours based on business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-7 years of relevant experience.

• Knowledge of mortgage servicing is preferred.

• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) is preferred.

• ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with project management best practices and current technological advancements.

• Proficient in various project management methodologies and techniques.

• Experience with applicable business processes in both business and technology contexts.

• Skilled in planning, coordinating, and managing projects.

• Experience in risk management practices.

• Ability to manage multiple projects or large-scale projects effectively.

• Proficient in managing project timelines and budgets.

• Experience in facilitating meetings effectively.

• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Knowledge of communication, status tracking, and project management tools.

• Successful completion of a background check and credit check as a condition of employment, where legally permissible.
