Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute Project Management responsibilities in accordance with PMO best practices for technology, clients, vendors, strategic initiatives, and other projects as required.

• Guide project teams through the stages of initiation, planning, execution/monitoring, controlling, and closing of assigned projects, with assistance from fellow Project Leaders within the PMO.

• Ensure that project tasks are clearly defined and thoroughly planned.

• Implement effective risk, issue, action, and change management strategies.

• Develop, maintain, and execute a robust communications plan that addresses the needs of all stakeholders.

• Oversee and assess project performance, including budget and team effectiveness.

• Manage alterations to project scope, schedule, and costs utilizing appropriate verification methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of relevant prior experience.

• 1-2 years in Revenue Cycle or healthcare experience is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Must possess a curious mindset and show willingness to embrace innovation, including AI, to discover improved processes and enhance patient and client experiences.

• Required Certification: HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) must be obtained within 9 months of employment.
