Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead, strategize, oversee, and execute cross-functional internal projects from their inception to completion.

• Act as a project authority within ABS, offering guidance and best practices to teams with varying levels of project management maturity.

• Develop, enhance, and implement project management toolkits, standards, and methodologies for the Project Management Center of Excellence (PM CoE).

• Spearhead projects that involve transformative initiatives across commercial operations, supply chain, and continuous improvement.

• Track project performance, identify risks, and suggest adjustments to schedules, resources, and costs.

• Communicate progress, address issues, and cultivate robust working relationships with global teams.

• Oversee up to five simultaneous projects at any given time.

• Articulate complex or sensitive information and foster alignment among diverse stakeholders.

• Serve as a resource and mentor for colleagues who have less project experience.

• Advocate for and support change management initiatives throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Progressive experience in project management (a formal project management background is not mandatory).

• Proven capability to lead cross-functional initiatives within commercial, supply chain, or related fields.

• Experience in influencing stakeholders—particularly in scenarios with initially low alignment.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive results in ambiguous situations.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.

• Authorized to work in the country of residence without the need for sponsorship (if applicable).
