This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• You autonomously plan, oversee, and execute projects.

• You serve as the strategic partner for Project Requesters, assisting the project team from conception through to final delivery.

• You generate KPI-driven reports and pinpoint areas for optimization.

• You act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.

• You extend your contributions beyond your own projects by collaboratively developing PM-AI workflows.

• Strong project management proficiency: You excel in both traditional and agile methodologies, applying them as needed.

• A minimum of three years of experience in project management.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills: You convey information clearly and reliably in both German and English.

• Strategic insight and a sense of ownership: You can critically evaluate project requests and independently formulate scopes.

• Analytical and data-driven mindset: You leverage metrics to quantify project success.

• AI proficiency and prompting expertise: Tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini are integral to your daily workflow.
