• Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring effective execution and successful outcomes.
• Create detailed project plans that outline the scope, objectives, deliverables, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with low voltage and high voltage electricians, civil/concrete subcontractors, clarify the scope of work, and monitor and report progress.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules (Gantt charts) that encompass all stages from Notice to Proceed to final acceptance and sign-off.
• Identify project requirements and manage the execution throughout deployment, including scope definition, schedule creation, budget estimation, implementation planning, and risk management.
• Work with the IT team to procure servers, network switches, routers, and firewalls, ensuring timely delivery to align with the project timeline.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to guarantee compliance with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as the primary contact for project updates and modifications.
• Ensure that all project activities adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and DESIGNA quality guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
• A minimum of 5 – 7 years of professional experience in construction, implementation and/or development, quality assurance, or direct IT experience.
• PMP Certification.
• OSHA 10/30 certification.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams, with the ability to tackle technical challenges and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong engineering knowledge within the PARCS industry, along with technical proficiency and familiarity with project management tools.
