• Oversee and direct cross-functional strategic growth initiatives from inception to execution, ensuring they align with executive priorities, deadlines, and business goals.
• Create and sustain comprehensive project plans, status updates, risk assessments, and accountability frameworks to enhance visibility, execution, and successful outcomes across various departments.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to pinpoint operational enhancement opportunities, aid in organizational scaling initiatives, and execute process improvements that boost efficiency and overall performance.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams to ensure prompt decision-making and effective project delivery.
• Track project progress, proactively identify risks or obstacles, and implement strategies to mitigate these issues, keeping initiatives on schedule.
• Evaluate project results, key performance indicators, and business impact metrics to offer recommendations and support data-driven growth strategies.
• Organize meetings, monitor action items, and ensure follow-through on commitments and deadlines.
• Assist in change management efforts by aiding teams in adapting to new processes, systems, and organizational initiatives.
• Undertake additional duties and special projects as assigned based on business requirements.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Previous business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance environment is desirable.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, operations, or strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a high-paced setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with leadership teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, and performance reporting is highly preferred.
