This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create detailed project plans that encompass project scope, objectives, deliverables, and establish timelines, communication strategies, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to define project requirements and set clear project objectives.
• Efficiently allocate and manage project resources.
• Utilize AI project management tools to improve scheduling accuracy, anticipate project trends, recognize potential risks, and streamline documentation processes.
• Oversee resource utilization to ensure maximum productivity and effectiveness.
• Lead and inspire project teams, cultivating a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere.
• Delegate tasks, offer guidance, and promote effective communication among team members.
• Recognize potential project risks and formulate mitigation strategies.
• Actively resolve issues and challenges that may emerge during project implementation to minimize interruptions and guarantee timely delivery.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project status, progress, and developments to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
• Oversee project budgets and proactively address any indications of budget overruns.
• Provide monthly reports to leadership on project metrics related to finance.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports, status updates, and documentation to keep stakeholders well-informed.
• Maintain precise project records, documenting decisions, modifications, and approvals.
• Continuously investigate AI-driven innovations that boost productivity, minimize manual tasks, and facilitate data-informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as necessary.
• Assist with various special projects for stakeholders as needed.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role.
• At least 2 years of experience in instructional design, course development, program management, and the web development lifecycle is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs, with advanced skills in Pivot Tables and PowerPoint.
• Advanced skills in SmartSheet, including the ability to create custom dashboards for reporting.
• Experience with AI tools for project management or reporting automation is considered a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, OpenAir, and PowerBI is regarded as beneficial.
• Bilingual proficiency in French is an asset.
