• Oversee the implementation of customer onboarding initiatives, including intricate projects that involve data migration, integrations, and multiple stakeholders.
• Take ownership of project schedules, timelines, dependencies, and risk management across several concurrent workstreams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure timely and aligned project delivery.
• Ensure project transparency through structured documentation, status updates, and a consistent communication rhythm.
• Proactively identify risks, swiftly eliminate obstacles, and maintain momentum in project progression.
• Hold stakeholders accountable while fostering a collaborative and solutions-focused environment.
• Spearhead internal initiatives aimed at enhancing delivery efficiency, scalability, and overall implementation quality.
• Lead or assist in onboarding and training sessions during peak times to expedite customer adoption.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product and apply this knowledge to both implementation and training processes.
• Carry out other related responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience, showcasing the ability to drive initiatives from inception to completion.
• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of driving accountability and managing stakeholders across various functions and levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present updates clearly and align stakeholders effectively.
• Capability to quickly adapt to new systems and apply knowledge in practical, execution-oriented scenarios.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams.
• Strong sense of urgency, consistent follow-through, and disciplined execution.
• Experience in SaaS implementations or customer onboarding environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools, particularly ClickUp, is preferred.
• Experience with migrations, integrations, or technical project work is preferred.
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) or learning technologies is preferred.
• Formal training or certifications in project management are preferred.
