β’ Delivers expert project management expertise for assigned projects and tasks.
β’ Engages with client representatives on-site and collaborates with management teams.
β’ Oversees and coordinates the implementation of various services and processes.
β’ Develops agendas and maintains comprehensive project budgets and timelines.
β’ Keeps building management informed about project progress.
β’ Prepares and organizes project reports and drawing reviews.
β’ Assists in the selection, contracting, and oversight of external consultants.
β’ Reviews requisitions, change orders, and other project-related invoices.
β’ Aids in the marketing of services to clients as needed.
β’ Complies with corporate, building, and client policies and procedures.
β’ Upholds high qualitative and quantitative standards of work performance.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is advantageous.
β’ At least 5 years of relevant experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management is essential.
β’ At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management role.
β’ Preferred hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects.
β’ Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus.
