Project Manager

📋 Description

• Delivers expert project management expertise for assigned projects and tasks.

• Engages with client representatives on-site and collaborates with management teams.

• Oversees and coordinates the implementation of various services and processes.

• Develops agendas and maintains comprehensive project budgets and timelines.

• Keeps building management informed about project progress.

• Prepares and organizes project reports and drawing reviews.

• Assists in the selection, contracting, and oversight of external consultants.

• Reviews requisitions, change orders, and other project-related invoices.

• Aids in the marketing of services to clients as needed.

• Complies with corporate, building, and client policies and procedures.

• Upholds high qualitative and quantitative standards of work performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is advantageous.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management is essential.

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management role.

• Preferred hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects.

• Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus.
