Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee one or more medium-to-large, highly complex projects, or manage a significant function within a larger program, ensuring comprehensive end-to-end outcomes.

• Create or evaluate project initiation documents, outline delivery strategies, establish criteria for success, and assist with internal program governance and evaluations.

• Deliver projects within the agreed budget, scope, and timelines—managing risks and issues, ensuring adherence to quality standards, applying suitable delivery methodologies, facilitating workshops and meetings, gathering requirements, producing or supporting documentation, resolving team conflicts, and coordinating integrations and dependencies.

• Stay actively involved with technical specifics and delivery, including the collection and management of functional requirements.

• Develop and implement communication strategies, lead essential meetings and forums, establish project infrastructure for information sharing, and engage with senior stakeholders—both internal and external.

• Create or contribute to project budgets and resource forecasts, monitor financial performance, and proactively address issues and changes in line with the account lead.

• Assist in improving delivery practices and broader CSG initiatives while mentoring and collaborating with less experienced project managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 10 years of project management experience in reputable consulting or professional services firms.

• PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe Agile certifications (preferred but not essential).

• Experience in IT, Telecommunications, or wholesale/reseller business environments, including Banking.

• Strong comprehension of customer requirements, industry dynamics, and the effects of business or market changes—along with in-depth knowledge of the client's industry.

• Ability to anticipate client requirements and offer strategic guidance or consultancy as needed.

• Proven ability to manage project plans and implementation activities simultaneously.

• Advanced project management skills to plan, monitor, and track delivery against specified KPIs.

• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, assess, and resolve complex issues.
